Josh's Philosophy

Create better people by providing a world class, forward thinking, well planned infrastructure for development. Be it for players, coaches, administration staff or parents.

Allow all to access knowledge, skills, information and experiences to enhance who they are and what they are capable of.

Give people, regardless of denomination, opportunities to reach the top and progress.

Help people be effective, be unique and true to themselves, and have the ability to transfer their unique and individual skills into other applications and career opportunities.

“All of us at the Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy are really excited about sharing our high class, thorough and holistic development programme with you to access our all-year-round training at the sensational DY Patil Sports Academy. We have compiled an amazing group of coaches who have the experience and training to enlighten young people with the life lessons and the cricketing skills to be effective under pressure, to produce match-winning performances and to be humble and confident.
