Overview of the
Program

(A) This Diploma course will provide the student with adetailed scientific understanding of how Diet & Nutrition can be used in the management of various diseases. Students will learn the role of diet in the causation, progression, and treatment of different disease conditions. They will also learn how to evaluate nutritional needs in various health conditions and recommend dietary therapy. The course will help the student to understand how to use Diet & Nutrition for management of obesity andtreatment of various diseases to serve the society.

(B) The Clinical Nutrition course will provide the student with a detailed scientific understanding of how nutrition can be used in the management of various diseases. Students will learn the role of diet in the causation, progression, and treatment of different disease conditions. They will also learn how to evaluate nutritional needs in various medical conditions and recommend dietary therapy based on established guidelines and treatment protocols. The course will help the student to understand how to use nutrition to prevent, manage and treat various diseases to serve the society.


Eligibility

1. Minimum Age – 18 years
2. Qualification – Basic Diploma: Minimum 12th Pass from recognized Education Board.
PG Diploma: Minimum 12th Pass from recognized Education Board + diploma in related field from the recognized UniversityOR Bachelordegreeinany life sciences, BSc.Nutrition, MBBS, BHMS,BAMS.
3. Languages –English
