Dr. Mahesh Kumar Harit is currently working as a Dean since 2015 & Professor in Department of Basic Principles (Ayurved Samhita) at Dr. D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University School of Ayurveda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Also working as a Dean of Faculty and Medical Superintendent since June, 2015. Dr. Harit is a Member of Academic Council & Board of Examination of D.Y.Patil University and Chairman of Ayurveda Board of Studies and College Council. He is Governing & directing more than 30 committees of college and hospital.
Dr. Mahesh Kumar Harit received Teacher Excellence Award by Rotary Club Mumbai, Dronacharya Award by MAASD, Award for valuable contribution at India’s 6th World Expo & Conference by Trinity event with Union AYUSH Ministry, Govt of India & State Agencies, Corona Warriors by Shree Mittal Ayurved Snatak Sangh & Vd. Sureshchandra Chaturvedi Health Foundation etc. Dr. Mahesh Kumar Harit also received numbers of Guest of Honour and Appreciation certificates from many organization. Also invited as a Resource Person or Guest Speaker at many National level platform. He was also invited as a Chair Person and Co-Chairperson at National and International level.
Dr. Mahesh Kumar Harit is famous for his organizing and leadership skill and organized numbers of National & International level programs. In his leadership NAAC, NABH Accreditation received by college and Hospital. Dr. D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University School of Ayurveda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai Ranked 5th at all India level by NCISM and QCI, New Delhi.

Dr. Mahesh Kumar Harit Published More than 15 research papers in peer reviewed, indexed international and national journals, Worked as a Principal Investigator &Co-investigator for more than 15 clinical trials sponsored by Shree Dhootpapeshwar Limited, Dabur India Ltd, Emami Natural Remedies, Britannia, Solumiks etc.
