As students progress and enter their third year, the Food and Beverage department of the college introduces them to our Advanced Training Restaurant. A splendid restaurant of more than 60 covers spread across a large dining space with buffet set up on the periphery flanked by an eye-catching magnificent bar, this restaurant resembles the dream set up of every restaurateur. The cosy lighting of the bar, as well as the restaurant along with designer curtains, add to its charm. In this restaurant, students are trained in buffet service as well as in handling the service of drinks and food together. It deals with the most complicated and challenging aspects of Food & Beverage Service in which the students receive comprehensive training. This training provides finishing touches to their already acquired skills of guest service and makes them ready to take on the industry with full vigour and confidence.
