Dr.Dnyanesh Patil, Professor & HOD Department of Electrotherapy and Electrodiagnosis at School of Physiotherapy D.Y. Patil deemed to be University, Navi Mumbai Won 1st prize in Paper presentation under Ph.D category at Assessiocon Conference 2024, held by Motiwala College of Physiotherapy, Nashik Held on 6th -7th April 2024.

Dr. Juhi Bharnuke Associate Professor at School of Physiotherapy DY Patil Deemed to be University, Navi Mumbai Won 2nd prize in Paper presentation under Musculoskeletal Senior category at 14th Scientifica National Conference, held by Sancheti Healthcare Academy, Pune from 16-18th February 2024.

Award for Global Development and Dissipation of Sports Physiotherapy

Award for Global Development and Dissipation of Sports Physiotherapy Dr Ajit Dabholkar, honoured with Award on 17th February 2024 for "Global Development and Dissipation of Sports Physiotherapy " for his contribution at global level in the field of sports Physiotherapy.  His excellence in the field of sports rehabilitation and robust research was well appreciated during 14th Scientifica National conference 2024 held by Sancheti Health care Academy held at Pune.

International Sportsunite A Multidisciplinary Conference

Dr. Juhi Bharnuke, Associate Professor, School of Physiotherapy, D. Y. Patil Deemed to be University, Navi Mumbai secured 1st prize for platform presentation in academicians category at International SportsUnite Conference organized by Bharati Vidyapeeth on 3rd and 4th February in Pune.


1st National Conference of Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy-Mumbai 2023

The 1st National Conference on Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation organised by the Society of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation was held on 9th – 10th December 2023. Dr. Sayali Rasal, Assistant Professor at School of Physiotherapy, had the opportunity to present her research – ‘Agreement between VO2max estimated from six minute walk test and Chester step test in normal adults’ as a paper presentation in the Fitness and Exercise category. The presentation was followed by vigorous questioning from the judges. She was awarded the 3rd place in the Senior category for the paper presentation.

GSMC -FAIMER Regional institute Fellowship

Dr Ajit Dabholkar,Professor and Head of Sports Physiotherapy at School of Physiotherapy,D.Y.Patil University has completed the prestigious GSMC -FAIMER Regional institute Fellowship(2019-2022) in Medical education.He has successfully completed his educational research project.The online convocation was held in July 2022.He was selected from 58 applicants from 13 countries and more than 15 specialities for the FAIMER Program. He wishes to inculcate,disseminate the teachings and be a change agent in taking physiotherapy profession and education ahead.
