On December 1st, the Training and Placement Cell of DY Patil’s School of Physiotherapy, D Y Patil deemed to be University in collaboration with Vision International, conducted a focused session on UK higher education, centering on Cardiff University.
Ms Sian Keepin, Regional Manager from Department of Physiotherapy, Cardiff University began the session by delving into the details of Cardiff University’s offerings. She provided information of the fee structure, shedding light on the financial aspects that prospective students need to consider. As she discussed the modules, she explained the academic components of the programs available, giving students a clear understanding of the subjects, they would engage with during their course of study.
The criteria for joining Cardiff University were explained, encompassing both academic prerequisites and eligibility standards. A significant emphasis was placed on the support systems available to students, covering academic and well-being aspects.A total of 69 students actively participated in this program, gaining insights on employment choices and increased their awareness of opportunities for higher education.
