Mega Job Fair 2024

 

 

The D Y Patil Deemed to be University School of Management organized a one day “Mega Job Fair” on 17 th February 2024 at our college. The Job Fair was a resounding success, serving as a pivotal platform for students to explore diverse career opportunities and interact with esteemed recruiters from Various industries. Held in the college campus, the event aimed to bridge the gap between students and potential employers, providing a conducive environment for networking and professional development.

Months of meticulous planning and coordination went into orchestrating this event.  Associate Professor Dr. Kiran Khairnar and Assistant Professor Dr. Rupali Upganlawar have ensured the smooth execution of the job fair. Invitations were extended to reputed companies across different sectors, ranging from IT and finance to healthcare and HR, to participate in the event. Furthermore, promotional activities were conducted to generate awareness among students and encourage their active participation.

42 reputed Corporates visited the organization notably ICICI Bank, HDFC, Axis bank, Mahindra finance Kotak bank, shadi.com, Piramal finance, Eureka Forbes, TATA Trend, Paytm etc

Around 700 students attended this job fair and 260 students got placed.

The job fair created a buzz in the educational market place. Several faculties from different colleges visited the school of management.

We thank our Director Dr. R. Gopal, our Dean Dr. Gagandip Nangra and our Marketing head Dr. Vani Kamath for their continuous support in organising this Job Fair.
