Admission Process

Seats are limited; hence students should apply for courses well in advance. The application process for all the courses will begin from January and students can apply on www.dypatil.edu Or call our admission helpline no +91 9702778888 / +91 9702864444 /+91 9702896666. You can take up virtual tour of the university to understand about your course, where you will live, the experiences you will gain, the people you will meet and the facilities you will get.

Fill the online application form and mark the courses that you wish to apply for. The cost of applying for undergraduate programs is INR 1550, postgraduate programs is INR 2150, Diploma Program Rs. 1550, Fellowship Program Rs.1150, Doctoral programs is INR 3150. Scan and attach your recent photographs and valid address proof along with the application form. Submit your application online.

We will send you an acknowledgement email, which will explain how to check the status of your application. We will call you in case we require any additional information.

Once your application has been received, it will be considered and we might ask you to come and meet us for an Interview / Group Discussion / Written Test or undertake the same online. We will further analyze your application to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the program(s) you are applying for. We consider your academic history and relevant experience to ensure you can succeed in your program. The assessment process usually ranges between 2-10 working days. Once the process is complete, we will get in touch with you and you know the status of your application.

We will get in touch wit you and let you the status of application. The following will be the outcomes: Confirmed - You have been granted a confirmed sear and you can claim it by submitting the relevant documents and paying the tuition fees. Provisional - You have met some of the eligibility requirements for entry to your chosen program of study and we would like to offer you a provisional seat till you satisfy the rest of the requirements in a stipulated time frame. If you are unable to clear the eligibility requirements, you admission will stand cancelled. Conditional - You have to meet the conditions and approvals listed in your conditional offer in order of claim a formal offer form the university. Declined - If you don't meet the entry requirements or all seats are taken, we might offer you an alternative program.

Once you accept our offer, we will require your documents and once the documents have been verified, you will be required to pay the tuition fees.

You will be invited to our Orientation Day Program, during which you can complete your registration process, meet your faculties and new classmates, visit your department, check into your residence, explore the university and most importantly have fun!
