Dr. Vivek Hegde
What we say about Dr. Vivek Hegde will never be enough. A Master in the field of Endodontics, Dr Vivek Hegde is a pioneer in the use of microscopes in Dentistry in India. An alumni of the Prestigious Manipal College of Dental Sciences. He also has a Masters in Dental Lasers from University Of Vienna. At present he is the Vice Dean, Professor & Head at M. A. Rangoonwala Dental College & Research Centre, Pune. Faculty for Lasers in Vienna & Adjunct Professor at various colleges in India. He is an acclaimed Academician for 25 years and has more than 100 publications and contributed in more than 10 books. Most recently, he was bestowed with the honour of lecturing at the Annual session of the American Association of Endodontics in San Francisco.
A Micro-endodontist par excellence, he has represented India at prestigious platforms like AAE , IFEA and APEC .He is an invited speaker at various forums and conferences on both International and National platforms. He is a member of editorial board of various journals. At present he is the President of Indian Endodontic Society, President of SOLA & Director Indian Board of Endodontics. He is presently the CEO of White Arch Dental Centre Pune & Founder Director One Dental, an online teaching platform. He is also a Passionate Teacher, an Inspirational Mentor, an Avid Sportsman, Fitness Freak and a doting Father.
